Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Delicious, nutritious, and customized, just for you. The tables are beautifully set in an outdoor dining environment and the service is amazing!

The Food

The food is typically vegan and is customized to your needs, based on the Ayurveda doctor’s recommendations. On your last day at the retreat, you may be offered a tasty dish of the local fish.

The cuisine is varied, but the list below highlights some of our very favorite dishes when we last dined there. Truly delicious and filling.

Day 2: Sambar, Coconut Chutney, Ghee Roast
Day 3: Quinoa Uppuma, Green Tea, Plantain

Lunch:
Day 1: Green salad, Brown Rice, Beetroot Thoran, Koottu Curry
Day 2: Veg Pulao, Grilled Cucumber, Malai Kofta
Day 3: Lemon & Lentil Soup, Koftha Curry, Millet Pulao

Dinner:
