Personal Ayurveda Retreat Kerala India 2024
It was time to give ourselves a much-needed and well-deserved break from our hectic lives, so we just did it! Off we went and we are so glad we did. We both reaped a myriad of health benefits, physical and mental! Kevin was cured of a long-standing back issue. I came back with a glowing complexion, stronger nerve system, and drumroll please … I no longer wheezed from allergies! Awesome trip.
Here are some pictures we took while in Kerala last year … pictures you see here are from the retreat center you will be traveling with us to in January! Amazing staff, beautiful vistas, great food, relaxing treatments and yoga and meditation were among the things we enjoyed during our 21-day stay!
Group-Led Wellness Retreat
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico 2018
I led a group retreat from the USA to Puerto Vallarta in 2018. We had a blast! We did lots of yoga and meditation, and I shared some teachings on fitness and Ayurveda. We spent a lot of time on or near the water, and boated over to see a cultural play that told a romantic story-myth. Our lodgings were gorgeous and the food phenomenal.

Group-Led Wellness Retreat Rishikesh India 2016
I lead a group retreat from the USA to Rishikesh, India in 2016. It was truly phenomenal. We visited the Beatles previous ashram, white water rafted on the Ganges, observed Arti, got bombarded with color during Holi, did a few Ayurveda treatments and cooking classes, ate stunningly delicious food, taught our participants about yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, and did some shopping!
