Understanding Ayurveda Lecture Series
While Ayurveda is a very deep topic, and one that could be studied for a lifetime, there are some essential components that form the core of its philosophy. Understanding the basic underpinnings of this amazing life (ayur) knowledge (veda) highlights both its simplicity and its complexity.
Dr. Lola has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda for the last 17 years, and started studying it and applying its principles in her own life for the last 25. Using the wisdom she has gained both through personal experience and book knowledge, she has lectured and taught students everywhere the power that lies within this system.
