Abhyangam: The body is massaged with oil in different postures. It helps to reduce stress, increase blood circulation, increase the functional efficiency of muscles and improve sleep.

Sirodhara: Medicated oils, herbal decoctions, medicated buttermilk, milk, etc. are poured in a uniform way on the forehead and scalp continuously in an oscillation pattern. It is very effective in rejuvenation of brain cells, cures insomnia, improves memory power, cures headache, relieves stress and depression and relaxes body, mind, and soul.

Udwarthanam: Massages the whole body using medicated herbal powder. Helps reduce excess fat accumulation in the body, strengthens joints and muscles of the body.

Kizhi: Boluses of herbal leaves/herbal powder is dipped in medicated warm oil and applied all over the body. Helps relieve body pain, very effective in low back pain, sciatica, arthritis, stiffness in joints.

Navarakizhi: The special rice known as Navara rice is cooked in milk and herbal decoction and poultices are made. The body is first massaged, then the poultices are dipped in this warm milk decoction and it is applied all over the body. Effective in neuro-muscular diseases, muscular atrophy, hemiplegia, etc.

Sirovasthi: Effective for nervous disorders. A container is adhered to the head and warm medicated oils are poured into the space and the oil is left on the head for a specific period of time. Recommended in facial paralysis, memory loss, disease of cranial nerves, hemiplegia, etc.

Lepanam: Medicated herbal paste prepared in mediated oils, milk/rosewater and applied all over the body until dry. Smooths skin, arrests wrinkles and improves skin tone.

Nasyam; Medicated oils/herbal extracts dripped in the nostrils. Effective for diseases related to eyes, ears, and nose.

Tharpanam: Eye treatment. Medicated ghee/medicated oil/decoctions/herbal extracts are retained around eyes for a specific time. Effective in curing loss of vision, cataract ptosis and strengthening the eye ball.
